Events
Welcome to my events page!
This is a comprehensive list of all the events I have had the chance of either exhibiting at, or presenting at.

Protoplay
ProtoPlay 2025 saw Tranzfuser teams showcase their projects both online via Protoplay Live and at our in-person event in Dundee. Protoplay is part of Tranzfuser, delivered by UK Games Talent and Finance CIC (UKGTF). The aim of Tranzfuser is to provide an annual shot of top talent into the UK games development ecosystem.
My team exhibited "Home Feels Distant" - a story of love, loss, and hiraeth: a uniquely Welsh feeling of longing for a home that may no longer exist.
Crash Fest
Crash is a day-long program featuring talks from an exceptional lineup of designers and creative professionals.
I joined the "local heroes" panel to discuss my work as a designer, my opinions on the industry, and answer some burning questions about the most important current trends in the creative arts.

Amaze Berlin
A MAZE. / Berlin is an international festival for independent and arthouse games to explore the world and culture of playful media.
I attended in 2025 with a very early build of what would eventually become "Home Feels Distant"- as presented later on in the year at Protoplay.
Hackerbury
CCCU hosted its first hackathon, Hackabury 2025, bringing together students, alumni, academic staff, and industry leaders for a 24-hour challenge to spark innovation and collaboration.
Me and two team members won 3rd place overall, and won the Wave Community Bank challenge.

UKGE 2024
UK Games Expo (UKGE) is the largest Hobby Games Convention in the UK.
I presented my first boardgame project- Monastic: a worker placement game with narrative ties to world UNESCO heritage site Canterbury Cathedral.
